All "special attacks" have been removed, which is why many items have crashed. Dclaws grew from 13m to 500k. All weapons are now tiered. Eg. The long rune now has the same stats as rune sword. The only difference is that dif is referring to the atk type (slash and stab). 2handed weps are 15% more dmg than weps with 1h. 1handed weps have the "offhand" version that lets you "dual-wield" 2 weps simultaneously. Dual weilding is also known as p2p, is only available using f2p.
Armour is tiered. All lvl50 arms have the same stats. Armour is divided into three categories that are melee (mage), range (range). Tier50 armour, batwing rune and blue Dhide. All of them come with the same stats. The only difference is in the classes. Thus, a man who is able to range a man in rune will have the same level of dps as a meleeing mage. Alot of stuff got nerfed/buffed. Deadly red spiders provided over 200k xp per hour for P2P at 90+cmb statistics.
It's now nerfed. It's not just about clicking atk-food and repeating until you die. It requires timing, precision and reflexes as also skill as well as timing, forecasting and strategies. A bronze-clad man who is adept at timing precise, reflexes, and prediction could be able to match a man in rune who is clueless.
This was my first login in almost three years. It's amazing how much the game has changed. I mean, I quit in the year 08/09 and moved on to CSS. But I can't look back on the game without thinking of all the good times I had playing it with friends Some of them remain on the site (tabt, takers, imsleepys, goggie, etc). It's amazing to see how the people who play have changed. It's like looking back at the world in the past 100 years.
