Same thing with all the crafting guild. I am able to mine do my crafting in other areas much simpler than going into the crafting guild. Does anyone here actually use the crafting guild to train crafting? Granted, I haven't visited each of the guilds, but those I've seen only appear to rather be a waste of space. Not really much advantage to them. It would appear the guilds may be made more practical, I really don't know, possibly supplying jobs to high level players kinda like the timber yard. Just a thought. A number of the guilds simply appear to lack a purpose and are not very helpful once you get in? Does anyone agree or disagree? Which guilds do you find to be the most useful?

All right, I've been working toward the quest cape for around 2.5 years now and I always get told that they're so easy to get. Much easier and faster than most, or even all 99 skills, based on the person telling me. I got told that today, and I was very bored, so I decided to do some calculations. Just adding up the solid skill requirements that you need, in regards to 11,492,440 expertise. That's just equivalent of just below level 98 in any one skill. But wait a minute, there's a level 85 battle requirement too. The skill requirements only state 40 assault, 65 defense, 69 strength, 55 prayer, 75 magical, 75 ranged, and 41 summoning. Add it up with all the default 10 hp, and it just comes out to level 66.9. That brings the entire minimal xp to 12,030,092. To be fair, if you've got 65 defense and 69 strength and 75 triumphed, you're likely going to have absolutely no less than 65 attack and 70-75 hp (depending on the way you train). That's still just level 89, and you are likely to have a real tough time getting the pursuit cape at the level.

Recall that a 99 in almost any ability is 13,034,431 xp. I assert that the training to get a pursuit cape is as hard as most 99's. Quite somewhat harder even, if you consider that the majority of this training is at the lower levels. It's much, much more difficult to get 13M xp without the benefits of items that open up in higher levels that member skillers so often take for granted.
