In MyGM you can interview and employ assistant GM's, coaches, assistant coaches, the CFO, the trainer... you can actually talk with them and negotiate with them. It's possible to go over schemes, get advice on which draft pick to create... It is so far better and more expensive than Madden. Playing with franchise mode in madden is really unsatisfying. You feel that things are missing. Say I need to perform imagining a situation where Dan Snyder is not the owner. I would like to hire Todd Bowles, say or Mike McCarthy as head coach and pair them. Then I need to acquire coordinators in there who assist encourage Dwayne Haskins and Montez Sweat to assist them grow...

I can't do some. I could do that all in 2K, I might have done that in prior versions etc.. Also... would not it be better if some coaches and schemes saw distinct value in various players? Why is a participant ALWAYS an 85 in each system? Say you own a rocket QB at a WCO shouldn't their overall and their stats require a hit? Imagine if that were more like OOTP baseball where one scout looks at a participant and sees that a future star and another scout sees them and sees that a bust. You have to look at their stats and their play to determine if they are really as the evaluations say they are.

In the event the experience is streamlined by the elimination right, the existence of a preceding feature is not really a convincing argument to me personally. Was it fun because it felt more authentic? I can see most players pretty much only want to have control over their football team is conducted, which means rolling upgrades and all XP into one Head Coach pool and setting which strategy you are running on each side of the ball. If coordinators are from the franchise mode, would you utilize their strategy? Or can you reevaluate their strategy by yourself? Is your pool of applicants restricted because you want to engage the services of a power running planner? If you would like to fire a coordinator are you sacrificing a coach to do so? What kind of function do you need coordinators to function, ideally?
