They market the present sales on the home screen and in the media portion they advertise for shows and services that are not available to everyone. Disney+ is currently the first tile on my media page despite the fact that I have only ever used Netflix in my PS4.

Which is infuriating because I specifically have the option for"Show Featured Content" turned off but items like PS Now or PS store sale ads still appear.

Unfortunately in the fine print that the choices are show featured content or do not not show me featured content.

Not OP, but for me, it has only ever been notices of PS4 sales. It's never been for one match (Summer Sale, etc.), and they can be easily deleted. Not sure if it's different for anybody else.

It is going to have so much worse over the PS5 now that the store is fully integrated in the OS. Those new cards they showed off? Perfect place to get a ad for DLC. A fast connection in an older Triple A match for the sequel that's coming soon with an immediate buy button right in the OS.

Lmao that is precisely the exact same thread every year. 2K has like 90 minute loading times, they always add in either a 2K TV movie or an advertisement to distract you from the loading times. Theyve done this for at least SEVEN decades now. Every thread people act like that is fresh.
